There are times when you don't know what you should do in a case where a sexual assault might happen. Do you step in? Do you call for help? Or do you do nothing at? Don't be a bystander and do nothing while someone is getting hurt, or possibly in danger. Intervening doesn't have to be a huge awkward scene. There isn't simply one correct way to intervene, but the three main ways you can step in are there the direct, delegate, or distract tactics. I'm sure you've probably even used one of these tactics before. Below you will find steps to take in order to keep yourself safe while also helping a possible victim.
